I’m a Chartered Town Planner and Senior Associate in our Planning and Development team based in the West End. With seven years’ experience working in the property sector, I provide planning advice for a wide range of mixed use, commercial and residential development proposals, with a focus on Central London boroughs.

I specialise in site appraisals, planning applications, appeals and development control work for a wide range of clients. I have considerable experience in advising on and managing the full planning application process, working with large, multi-disciplinary teams on long term complex projects to achieve client objectives.

I’ve worked with the Cadogan Estate and the Bedford Estate, Aviva Investors, Hermes Real Estate Investment and Almacantar.

 

MY RECENT PROJECTS

  • Student Accommodation – I act on behalf of both operators and university institutions advising on all aspects of student housing matters including policy application, scheme design and planning obligations.
  • Central London Estates – I advise on a range of planning and development projects for the Cadogan Estate and the Bedford Estate.
  • Hotels – I’ve advised on change of use, sensitive extensions and alterations to existing Central London hotels.
