Murphy Mulhall has expanded its consultancy and agency services through a strategic alliance with UK property advisor, Gerald Eve.
The alliance will provide Murphy Mulhall’s clients with wider access to rating, asset management, valuation, lease consultancy and agency services. It is expected that clients in both Ireland and the UK will benefit from access to best-in-class property consultancy in both regions.
The association between the two firms also aims to capitalise on the opportunities presented by the current business rates revaluation in Dublin. It will enable Murphy Mulhall to offer its clients specialist expertise via Gerald Eve, the leading business rates advisor, across the full spectrum of rating services including rates appeals, bill payment, empty rates mitigation and historic audits.
