I’m a Senior Associate assisting various parts of the business to improve their operations. Having trained as a surveyor on the rotational graduate scheme at Gerald Eve, I have experienced several areas of the business, and understand the variety of client requirements.

I have worked in five teams across Gerald Eve, including Capital Markets, Industrial and Development, which has given me a well-rounded understanding of commercial real estate. I completed a 6-month client secondment to The Arch Co, to assess the capex requirements in their London portfolio, in their first year of operations.

From April 2020, I transitioned into my current role which combines property knowledge with strategic project management.

 

MY RECENT PROJECTS

  • Gerald Eve International Alliance Business Development Manager – I manage the International Alliance to ensure our clients’ cross-border requirements are met to the highest standard. By hosting regular catch-ups, I ensure we share best practise and market intelligence between our network of independent real estate experts.
  • Innovation – I support the innovative activity at Gerald Eve. This includes overseeing a monthly Guest Speaker Series where companies at the forefront of PropTech present to our people to educate on latest innovative developments and spark debate. I manage the testing of new products through our Innovation Lab and bring together our network of Innovation Champions from across the business to disseminate knowledge and foster new ideas.
  • Internal strategic projects – I have worked on several projects that bring our people more closely together, to collaborate and work together to provide the best service for our clients.
