Gerald Eve has been chosen by Manchester City Council for its valuation and property professional services framework, which runs for four years.
Under the framework, the advisors will provide specialist services including property advisory; property acquisitions, valuations, and disposals; and landlord and tenant advice. Gerald Eve is one of seven appointees to the framework.
The framework began last month and will run until 2022. It sits separate from CAPPS, Manchester City Council’s CAPPS framework, for which Gerald Eve is one of only three appointees.
David Law said: “We have a longstanding relationship with Manchester City Council and by drawing on our knowledge of the city and expertise within the property sector, we’re looking forward to playing an active role in shaping the future of the city.
“As well as delivering day-to-day support to Manchester City Council, we’ll be providing a strategic view that will allow the local authority to get the most out of its existing property assets and new acquisitions.”
