PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT BOOSTS TEAM WITH FIVE RECRUITS

Gerald Eve has strengthened its planning and development capabilities with the recruitment of five new team members.

Leonie Oliva has been recruited as a partner. Leonie has extensive experience at both GVA and Deloitte advising on complex planning projects and major applications in both the private and public sectors. Her expertise spans a number of sectors including culture and heritage, education, residential, industrial and logistics and regeneration, having advised on major schemes across London.

In addition, Harman Sond and Sam Neal join as senior planning consultants, Harman from Cushman & Wakefield and Sam from Montagu Evans. Finally, Tom Eyres arrives as a planning consultant, having most recently worked at Bidwells, and Jordan Collins has been appointed as an apprentice administrator.
