GERALD EVE BUILDS FOR THE FUTURE WITH 2015 GRADUATE INTAKE
Firm takes on 22 new graduate surveyors and planning consultants, its highest-ever intake
Gerald Eve has moved to build for future success with the arrival of its 2015 graduate intake. The firm has employed 22 new graduates, its highest-ever intake exceeding the 17 recruited last year and the ten taken on in 2013.
Spread across the firm’s network of offices – in London at its West End headquarters and City office, as well as seven regional offices across England, Wales and Scotland – the 22 new graduates represent an investment by the firm for future prosperity.
Simon Rees, managing partner at Gerald Eve, said: “People are the lifeblood of a business like Gerald Eve, and as such these new arrivals are an investment in the firm’s future. An increased intake on previous years highlights the firm’s ambitions for sustained, organic growth across all service lines and also reflects the extremely high quality of candidates that applied for this year’s training scheme.”
Graduates at Gerald Eve benefit from an industry-leading package of mentoring, support and professional development designed to help them achieve their potential, with four six-month rotations allowing individuals to find the roles that suit them best. Former members of the graduate training scheme are represented throughout all levels of the firm.
Sarah Draper, HR director at Gerald Eve, added: “Our industry-leading graduate training programme is one of the most-respected and in-demand among graduates, reflecting the firm’s genuine commitment to professional and personal development. The Gerald Eve training scheme is a springboard to future success, both for the individual and the firm as a whole.”
