Property consultancy Gerald Eve has moved to expand its Cardiff office with the acquisition of clients from niche surveying practice Stephenson & Alexander.
Peter Graham, managing director and owner of Stephenson & Alexander since 1995, will be joining Gerald Eve as a partner based at the firm’s Cardiff office. The Stephenson & Alexander brand will cease to exist following Peter’s arrival at Gerald Eve.
Graham will be specifically tasked with business development alongside managing and developing client work in his specialities of investment, valuation and development agency. Stephenson & Alexander clients include: Atlantic Properties, ASDA, Aldi, Church in Wales, South Wales Police, University of Wales Trinity Saint David, Waitrose and many institutional investors.

The move follows two further recruitments to Gerald Eve’s Cardiff office, with Daniel Tompkinson arriving as an associate and Tom Cater joining the firm as a graduate surveyor.
