‘EDUCATION PROPERTY CONSULTANT’ OF THE YEAR

The awards, which are hosted by industry journal EducationInvestor Global, recognise achievements within the education sector during 2018/19.

The accolade follows a record year for Gerald Eve’s education team, during which it valued £5 billion of university properties, oversaw the £50 million sale of prime school assets in London and Cambridge, and undertook a range of other acquisition, valuation and due diligence services.

The firm has also embraced a wider commitment to those in education, putting in place an industry-leading programme of apprenticeships, placements, schools visits and awareness campaigns designed to help young people consider and make the most out of careers in real estate.

Richard Moir and Morgan Allen were presented with the trophy by comedian and host Stephen K Amos at a gala ceremony at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London on Wednesday 4th December.
