GERALD EVE STRENGTHENS MANCHESTER OFFICE WITH THREE HIRES

Stephen Woodford arrives as a lease consultancy partner from JLL. Stephen has more than 25 years’ experience of the North West lease advisory, with a focus on industrial and business space and a client base including major corporates, government departments and both local and national propcos.

In addition, Rick Paterson has joined as a Senior Associate in the rating team. Rick brings a wealth of experience of business rates valuations in the North West, including 30 years at the Valuation Office Agency, where he was latterly a senior valuation executive and qualified caseworker.

Finally, James Plowman has been recruited as a senior surveyor in the building consultancy team. James has previously worked for Capita in Manchester, where he worked predominantly on refurbishment and fit-out projects in the retail, industrial, office, infrastructure and residential sectors.
