GERALD EVE’S “STAMP OF QUALITY” RECOGNISED BY IAS AWARD WIN
The accolade, which was announced at the 2013 IAS Awards ceremony on Thursday 26th October, acknowledges contributions that provide a vital service to the sector while demonstrating skill, commitment and professionalism.
Prime Logistics is the definitive guide to the UK’s distribution property market, analysing units of 50,000 sq ft and above to provide a detailed analysis of 26 distribution areas. The full report is produced biennially, with comprehensive update bulletins produced every quarter.
Sally Bruer, partner and head of industrial research at Gerald Eve, said: “To win the IAS Award for ‘Best Supporting Role’ represents a fantastic achievement by the Gerald Eve research team and underlines the market-leading position Prime Logistics holds within the sector. We’ve always viewed the research as central to our industrial property consultancy offer and this award, alongside the feedback from our clients, recognises the success of our approach.”
The judges’ citation said: “Gerald Eve is recognised for consistently supplying expert research within the industrial sector upon which a number of investors and developers rely. Their brand is recognised as a real stamp of quality by clients and agents.”
Gerald Eve research previously won the Best Supporting Role award in 2011 for its Multi-Let research, an annual analysis of the UK’s multi-let industrial estate market, and the firm is the only entrant to have won the category twice since its introduction in 2009.
Gerald Eve’s industrial team has also been shortlisted for a prestigious 2013 Estates Gazette Awards in the Property Advisor of the Year (Industrial & Distribution) category, with the winner announced at a gala ceremony on 12th December. As well as research, Gerald Eve’s industrial team offers a full range of consultancy services, including: agency, investment, lease advisory, building surveying and business rates liabilities.
