GOYA & BILSDALE SECURE WOKING INDUSTRIAL PLANNING PERMISSION

Goya Developments with Bilsdale Properties have obtained planning permission for a new development of a 75,907 sq ft industrial warehouse scheme at the former Alent Site, Forsyth Road, Woking.

Orchard Business Park comprises of sixunits ranging between 7,061 sq ft and 41,097 sq ft and will be built to the usual Goya Developments high specification to include 15% roof lights,10.5 metre eaves, motion sensors LED lighting, energy monitors and electric car charging points. The new units will have an EPC A rating.

The scheme will attract both local and national businesses for trade counter, warehousing and manufacturing uses. Forsyth Road is located only 4.5 miles from junction 11 of the M25 motorway to the north of Woking Town Centre.

Demolition is already complete and contractors are starting on site in June 2016 with practical completion in January 2017. Goya Developments and Bilsdale Properties are offering the units on a leasehold basis and are in discussion with a number of occupiers about pre-let opportunities.
