31,500 sq ft of offices launched at boutique Mayfair building

 

Gerald Eve and Bluebook are seeking occupiers for 31,500 sq ft of prestigious Mayfair offices at Twenty North Audley Street.

The fully refurbished, category A office space comprises nearly half the 65,000 sq ft building, which is owned by a private investor and asset managed by Global Holdings Management Group. A further 20,000 sq ft of space is due to become available in late 2017.

The refurbishment includes a new boutique entrance hall with oak chevron parquet, charred larch walls and book-matched white marble, redolent of the very best New York residential building. Twenty North Audley Street was formerly the location of Alix Partners’ West End office, and is currently home to the power systems division of Mitsubishi.
