Global Holdings Group, advised by Gerald Eve, has secured planning permission from Westminster City Council for an extension and recreation of 21 Soho Square and 3-11 Sutton Row designed by award-winning architects Buckley Gray Yeoman.
The decision gives the go-ahead for a combination of roof extensions, terraces on the upper floors, and the creation of a restaurant or retail unit split over the ground floor and basement.

The scheme will deliver 26,500 sq ft of space, featuring a contemporary reception and a mix of classically-inspired, wood-panelled heritage rooms coupled with an open warehouse aesthetic. The building offers striking premises for a business headquarters in Soho Square, or the opportunity for individual floor lettings. Gerald Eve and Bluebook are advising Global Holdings Group on development and leasing, with completion expected at the end of the summer 2018.
