Ben is an Associate in the West End Agency division and a member of the Capital Markets team with 6 years of experience. He specialises in the central London office market, providing acquisition, asset management and disposal advice to a range of private, institutional and overseas clients in both an investment and leasing capacity.

Ben has a specific focus on how new occupier trends in the workplace are impacting the investment market and works closely with our planning and development team in advising clients on the asset lifecycle to maximise investment returns on exit. The Ragged School, Vine Hill, EC1 – sale of 18,000 sq ft redevelopment opportunity to GMG Real Estate on behalf of private investor for £25mn, equating to £1,400 psf.

York House, Pentonville Road, N1 – sale of 42,000 sq ft vacant refurbishment opportunity to The Office Group on behalf of a private Singaporean investor for £34.25m, equating to £818psf.

10 Charles II Street, SW1 – disposal of a long leasehold interest to a private Middle-Eastern investor on behalf of A&A Investments for £10.20m, equating to a NIY of 3.44%

The Copyright Building, Berners Street, W1 – advised on the 87,000 sq ft pre-let acquisition of The Copyright Building, W1 from Derwent London on behalf of Capita Business Services at a passing rent of £7.40m, equating to £84.91 psf.

Current live projects include advising Tishman Speyer on asset initiatives and forthcoming leasing on 100,000 sq ft in the Economist Plaza, St James’s as well as advising on the sales of 219 St John Street, EC1 and 7-9 Bath Street & 4-12 Cayton Street, EC1 on behalf of corporate clients.
