Graham is a Partner in our lease consultancy team.  He specialises in managing properties with a particular emphasis on lease consultancy matters, rent reviews, lease renewals and lease regears as well as dealing with management issues arising for both landlords and tenants.  Properties dealt with include offices, retail, industrial and A3 use properties.

Specific experience
Valuations and negotiations for landlord & tenant purposes on behalf of property owners and occupiers in Central London and the South East, including acting as an expert witness in rent review disputes before arbitrators and independent experts and giving evidence in the County Court on a lease renewal.

Advising a major Central London landlord on rent reviews and lease matters, dealing with offices in central Mayfair including offices on Grosvenor Street, Brook Street and Upper Brook Street and in Belgravia to include Grosvenor Place, Buckingham Palace Road and Ebury Street.

Responsible for all landlord & tenant work for Soho Estates covering an extensive central and Greater London portfolio, undertaking a large number of rent reviews, lease renewals and the regearing of leases, on office and retail premises and a number of well-known leisure and A3 premises in the West End. These include Burger King and Chiquito on Leicester Square, Zoo Bar on Bear Street, Ronnie Scott’s on Frith Street and G.A.Y on Old Compton Street.

Managing properties on behalf of Pension Fund and property company clients including dealing with applications for alterations, assignments, sub-lettings, change of use and lease regears.

Undertaking a large number of rent reviews and lease renewals on office properties in Central London including premises in the City of 2,000 sq ft; 7,500 sq ft; 20,000 sq ft and 25,000 sq ft; in Victoria premises of 2,000 sq ft, 5,000 sq ft, 25,000 sq ft and 275,000 sq ft; in Mayfair premises of 1,700 sq ft, 6,000 sq ft and 13,000 sq ft and 12,000 sq ft and 23,500 sq ft premises in WC1.

Outside Central London experience has included a rent review and lease regear on a 70,000 sq ft office building in Uxbridge, a rent review on a 100,000 sq ft office building in New Malden and lease renewal on a 109,000 sq ft office building in Portsmouth, a rent review determined by third party on a building of 35,000 sq ft in Croydon and a rent review on an 18,000 sq ft office building in Winchester.
