Guy is a Partner in our Capital Markets team specialising in South East office & long income investment sales & acquisitions. Previously to Gerald Eve he was a Director in the Capital Markets Team. He graduated from University of Reading in 1998. Guy advises a broad range of clients including private equity, institutions, property companies, syndicates and middle eastern investors.

Specific experience

  • Kings & Conquest House Kingston – £42.5m 5.00% NIY Off market disposal of a multi-let 100,000 sq ft office building opposite Kingston Station to Kingston Council. The property was let on two separate leases to Saipem ltd until 2027 subject to a tenant option to break in 2023
  • Academy Place Brentwood – £12.0m 7% NIY Disposal of a multi-let office situated on the edge of the town centre. The property was acquired for Northwood in 2012 for £4.8m. The property was substantially refurbished and re-let and then sold to Columbia Threadneedle following a full marketing campaign.
  • Elstree Tower Borehamwood – £20.0m Off market disposal of a single-let office with development potential to a private investor on behalf of Aberdeen Standard.
  • Hounslow Centre Hounslow – £21.0m Disposal of a multi-let short income permitted development opportunity in the heart of Hounslow on behalf of LaSalle Investment Management to Addington Capital.
  • Ascot House Maidenhead – £11.8m 8.5% NIY Disposal of a single let office building on Maidenhead office park on behalf of Goldman Sachs. Acenden Ltd have a lease for a further 3.75 years at a rent equating to £22.14 psf. The property was bought by Anglesea Properties for a new value add requirement.
  • 38-40 Hampton Road Teddington – £10.3m 5.55% NIY Acquisition of an office building let on a short term sale and leaseback to the Byrne Group. The purchase was on behalf of Laidlaw Estates who are planning a residential permitted development scheme for the building with additional office development on the site.
  • Hemel One, Boundary Way Hemel Hempstead – £17.75m – 7.75% NIY Acquisition of a fully refurbished multi-let office building on behalf of Columbia Threadneedle from the RO Group.
