He worked in the Drivers Jonas/Deloitte investment team for 10 years since and previously at NAI Gooch Webster. He graduated from University of Reading in 1998. 38-40 Hampton Road, Teddington – acquisition of an office building let on a short term sale and leaseback to the Byrne Group for £10.3m. The purchase was on behalf of Laidlaw Estates who are planning a residential permitted development scheme for the building with additional development on the site.
80 Moorbridge Road, Maidenhead – disposal of a multi-let office building on behalf of Aberdeen Asset Management for £6.9m which reflected a net initial yield of 5.66% Competitive bidding pushed pricing to a very aggressive level.
Chiswick Place, London W4 – disposal of a multi-let office building on behalf of Rockspring for £10.4m to Allianz.
Weatherspoon House, Watford – off market disposal of Weatherspoons headquarters office building for £5.56m which reflected a net initial yield of 8.82%.
Hemel One, Boundary Way, Hemel Hempstead – acquisition of a multi-let office building on behalf of Columbia Threadneedle for £17.75m which reflected a net initial yield of 7.75%
Syward Place, Chertsey – acquisition of a single let office building on behalf of CCLA for £12.4m which reflected a net initial yield 7%.
