Jason is a Senior Associate in our Capital Markets team based in London.  Jason graduated from University College London (UCL) and started his career at Deloitte Real Estate in 2011 where he also completed an MSc in Real Estate and moved across to Gerald Eve in 2016. Day to day he provides acquisition/disposal advice, financial modelling and analysis to a variety of private equity funds, institutions, overseas investors and property companies.  Jason has experience working across all sectors of the UK market.

Recent experience

Jason has recently provided transaction advice and financial analysis on over £500m of high profile UK single asset and portfolio transactions.

Acquisition of the Jamaica Portfolio, a £30.5m portfolio comprising five offices with asset management potential, for a listed property company.

Disposal of the Hounslow Centre in London, a £21m mixed use asset with residential development potential, on behalf of a UK institution.

Acquisition of two offices on Barley Wood Business Park in Hook for £18m, for a UK property company.

Disposal of an £11m prime multi-let office on Clarendon Road, Watford, on behalf of a UK propco.

Acquisition of Circa, Bracknell for £5m and subsequently advised on the disposal of this asset for £7.25m within 9 months of acquisition, following the delivery of a successful asset management plan.

Acquisition of Griffin House, Crawley and 45 Clarendon Road, Watford totalling £14.6m, on behalf of an institutional fund.

Disposal of a mixed-use scheme in Wood Green, London for £14.1m, on behalf of a UK property company.

Disposal of the Quadrangle, Cheltenham for £11m, on behalf of a UK institution.

Acquisition of Jefferson House, Leeds a multi-let office building for £6.5m, for a private equity client.

Acquisition of Chatsworth House, Maidenhead a multi-let office building for £6.2m, for a private charity fund.

Acquisition advice on the £11m Quattro Portfolio, an office portfolio comprising single and multi-let assets throughout the UK.

Acquisition of a £5m multi-let retail park in Letchworth for a UK property company.
