My experience includes advising on occupier acquisitions of units from 5,000 to 600,000 sq ft and the introduction and acquisition of development sites on behalf of developers from 2 acres to 300 acres.  I also advise on marketing strategies and campaigns for both occupiers and developers/investors as well as providing market analysis to inform speculative development and development projects and occupational investment advice for fund/investor clients regarding rents, marketability and future potential.

My clients include national and regional developers and funds, in addition I have acted for and continue to advise a number of household occupier names for both disposals and acquisitions.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• Carlsberg – I acted on the disposal of a 126,000 sq ft unit in Haydock on behalf of Carlsberg. We secured a sale of the facility within six months of our client closing the facility at a market leading price.
• Jaguar Land Rover – I advised on the acquisition of a 55 acre vehicle storage facility in Stone on behalf of Jaguar Land Rover. This leasehold acquisition involved a confidential acquisition and a complex acquisition structure to ensure our client maximised their covenant strength. I also advised on the acquisition of 405,000 sq ft unit in Ellesmere Port.
• Peel – I provided marketing advice for a 175,000 sq ft speculative development in Speke for Peel.
