Kevin is a Chartered Town Planner and a Senior Planning Associate in the Planning and Development Team. He has over 17 years’ experience predominately within the public sector, advising councillors on policy formation, strategy and decision making in relation to numerous large scale development and infrastructure proposals. His previous senior officer role offers a unique insight and understanding into public sector and political interactions.

He has advised clients on a diverse range of planning and development issues, including planning advice for numerous large scale complex redevelopment and regeneration projects including those with cross borough implications. He has also been involved in policy review and formation, compulsory purchase orders, judicial reviews, public engagement, academic research and has appeared as expert witness at numerous public inquiries. He is currently leading on feasibility studies for a diverse range of significant development proposals alongside policy representations.
