Kevin is a Senior Associate Planning Consultant within the firm’s Planning and Development Team.
He has over 15 years’ experience working in the private planning consultancy sector and is a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.  Kevin’s key strengths lie in coordinating and managing large-scale mixed-use developments across London, but he also has significant experience and expertise in complex listed building/conservation projects.

Kevin applies a commercially-minded approach to planning strategies and advice to maximise client objectives and minimise planning risk.  He has particular knowledge of and experience within Greater London and the South East and has, as a result, established strong relationships and connections with senior officers at various local planning authorities.

Specific experience

Mixed-use and Regeneration – Stanhope’s redevelopment of the BBC Television Centre, involving over 900 residential units and over 200,000 sq m of floorspace.  Kevin is managing all planning-related aspects concerning the implementation of the development.

Stag Brewery, Mortlake – Reselton Property’s master planning and redevelopment of this 9 hectare River Thames fronting site for over 1 million sq  ft of development including up to 1,000 homes, retail/restaurants, new school, cinema, offices, hotel and community uses.

Residential led mixed-use developments in central and greater London – Currently advising on large-scale residential led developments in Croydon, Battersea, Harrow and Ealing, collectively comprising over 1,200 new homes in total plus significant commercial floorspace.

Commercial projects throughout Greater London and the South East, including offices, industrial and retail for a range of clients including Standard Life, Aberdeen Asset Management, Imagination Technologies, John Laing and Land Securities.

Arts and Cultural Uses – advising on art gallery developments, creative industry hubs and leisure uses.

Heritage Assets – Proposals involving listed buildings and conservation areas throughout Central London.
