Nick is a Chartered Town Planner with over 20 years’ experience in providing planning consultancy advice. He is a Planning Partner in the firm’s leading Planning and Development team.

UK town planning and development adviser to international and UK investors, landowners, developers and occupiers, across both private and public sectors.

Expertise in complex strategic mixed-use redevelopment and regeneration projects with a particular focus upon London. Understanding of the political and infrastructure issues behind national, regional and local policies as well as technical aspects of the planning and development process.

Actively involved with planning policy influence including acting on behalf of London First, British Property Federation and Westminster Property Association.
