St Winefrides Cardiff – on behalf of Sisters of the Sacred Hearts, the sale of a 2.5 acre former hospital site for a mixed scheme comprising 108 private apartments, 23 extra care apartments and a 61 bed nursing home.
Castle Pill, Milford Haven – on behalf of Shanks, the sale of a 12 acre former waste transfer site in Milford Haven with planning permission for residential / marina use.
Telelink Park, Swansea Vale – on behalf of DVLA, the acquisition of three new office buildings totalling 110,000 ft² by way of pre-let and purchase agreements.
Global Reach, Cardiff Bay – on behalf of NFU Mutual, the acquisition on a pre-let agreement of a 20,000 ft²office suite within a new 60,000 ft² office building.
