I am a Chartered Town Planner a Senior Associate Planning Consultant in the Planning and Development team based in the West End. I provide advice on national, regional and local policies and the planning and development processes coupled with the political issues that affect decision-making. I have a commercially minded approach that maximises client objectives as part of a multidisciplinary team.

With 15 years’ experience working in the property sector, my expertise lies in advising clients on large scale mixed use, often complex, schemes throughout London, including strategic regeneration and masterplanning projects. The schemes I am currently advising upon are both in central London as well as within the outer London boroughs.

My key clients include: The Crown Estate, Aldau Development, Landsec, Hyatt Hotel Corporation.

 

I have advised on:

  •  Hub’s redevelopment of the former Taberner House, Croydon for over 500 new homes and commercial uses within four towers up to 35 storeys;
  • Plassy Island in Lewisham for the Church Commissioners, a strategic site within the heart of Catford.
  • The O2 Finchley Masterplan in the London Borough of Camden – one of the largest masterplan sites in Camden providing up to 1,800 new homes, 18,000 sqm of retail and commercial space, a health centre and a community centre; all of which is built around two new parks and a town square.
  • 4 Portal Way, Ealing – two towers up to 57 Storeys providing over 700 residential units and a hotel.
