Tony is a partner in our Lease Consultancy team. He deals with a wide range of properties but is perhaps best noted for his work on central London offices. His caseload covers disputes and negotiations between commercial landlords and tenants, including rent reviews, lease renewals, lease restructures and s18 (dilapidations) valuations.

Tony is an experienced expert witness having given and defended evidence in the High Court, County Court, arbitration oral hearings and at mediations. He is used to helping a client to assemble a team of relevant experts to support his own evidence and working with lawyers to prepare a case. He was voted one of the UK’s top rent review surveyors in the poll by Property Week.

An experienced arbitrator, Tony is a co-author of the current RICS guidance notes for surveyors acting as arbitrators and as independent experts.

Tony is a qualified LPA (fixed charge) receiver and accepts appointments from charge holders to recover loans.
