Verity is an Associate in our Capital Markets team specialising in alternative sectors. Verity joined Gerald Eve in 2015 and has worked on sales and acquisitions across a range of asset classes including; hotels, leisure, student accommodation, healthcare, retail and restaurants. Prior to Gerald Eve, Verity worked as an Analyst within the Real Estate Investment team at Gatehouse Bank where she was responsible for sourcing and reviewing opportunities for investment, cashflow modelling and managing the relationship with leverage providers and equity investors.
Hub by Premier Inn, Shoreditch – £51.5m forward funding acquisition of a new hotel in London on behalf of a UK pension fund. Upon PC, the hotel will comprise a total of 247 rooms across six floors, and will operate under the Hub by Premier Inn brand.
Mears Student Accommodation, Salford – acquired on behalf of AEW for £10.9m. The asset provides 345 student bedrooms and is single-let to Mears Group Plc.
Whitbread Premier Inn Portfolio – acquired on behalf of KFIM for £38m. The portfolio comprises 324 bedrooms across 4 properties which are single-let to Whitbread Group Plc.
Park Inn, Northampton – sold on behalf of Nectar Asset Management for £10.6m. The hotel comprises 146 bedrooms and is single-let to Park Inn Hotels and guaranteed by Rezidor.
Ten Pin Bowling, Colchester – acquired on behalf of OLIM Property for £2.5m. The property extends to 20,329 sq ft and is single-let to Tenpin Limited.
Travelodge, Tewkesbury – sold on behalf of LaSalle IM for £4.7m. The full service hotel comprises 71 bedrooms and is single-let to Travelodge.
Lloyd’s Bank, Norwich – sold on behalf of Morden College for £6.8m. The asset provides 12,698 sq ft of accommodation and is single-let to Lloyd’s Bank Plc.
Frankie & Benny’s, Bedford – sold on behalf of Charles Wells for £1.27m. The restaurant extends to 3,636 sq ft and is single-let to The Restaurant Group.
