Financial Viability Assessment of the Rugby Radio Masts Site – Lead a consultancy team to provide investment and financial advice to Rugby Borough Council to test the financial viability of the Rugby Radio Masts site. The site extends to 1,674 acres (678 ha) and when complete the site will provide 6,200 residential units with ancillary mixed use development.
Financial Viability Assessment of Worcester, Land to the South of the City of Worcester, Bath Road, Broomhall, Worcestershire – Providing advice to Malvern Hills Council, Worcester City Council and Wychavon District Council to test the financial viability of the site. When complete the site will provide 2,200 residential units.
Silvertown Quays, London Development Agency – Instructed on behalf of the London Development Agency to assist in the selection of a development partner for the 50 acre Silvertown Quays site, located at the heart of London’s Royal Docks.
Emerson Group – instructed to provide Financial Viability Assessments for a number of sites in the North West including Land off St Anne’s Lane, Nantwich, Park Mills, Deighton Road, Chorley, South Macclesfield Development Area and Gunco Lane, Macclesfield
Redrow Strategic Land, Daresbury – Instructed to provide strategic development advice in respect of a 1,100 unit scheme with ancillary uses.
Crewe Green Link Road – Instructed on behalf of Cheshire East Council to provide strategic advice in respect of the acquisition of land needed for the Crewe Green Link Road South including the use of compulsory purchase powers.
Corby Borough Council – Instructed by Corby Borough Council to provide development valuation advice for a large out of town supermarket development.
