Alex is an Associate in our Central London Investment team and is focused on sales, acquisitions and strategic asset advisory on behalf of a diverse range of clients including private equity, developers, owner-occupiers, prop-cos and private investors.

He has over 6 years’ experience in the Central London investment market and works across a range of use classes, often working closely with our office, alternative markets, planning and development teams to maximise value for clients. Alex is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Relevant experience

City University London – Sale of Bath & Cayton, Old Street EC1,  a  single-let let (NHS trust) investment opportunity to a UK fund for £17m

Eurocentres – 55-57 Eccleston Square, SW1 – Sale of a vacant 7,000 sq ft D1 educational building on behalf of a Swiss owned language Charity.

Royal Philatelic Society London – Disposal of existing headquarters at 41 Devonshire Square, W1 for £10M+ and subsequent off-market acquisition of new headquarters 15 Abchurch Lane, EC4 for £10m

Monteagle Barlow Trust  –  Disposal  of a long leasehold interest in The Pivotal Building, 123 Pentonville Road, N1  to a private investor for £21m

Delancey & Franklin Templeton  – Acquisition of 16-20 Boston Place, a single let medical investment (IVF clinic) for c£5M

Capital & Counties – Off-market acquisition of 157-158 Drury Lane, WC2 – a multi-let retail freehold investment for c£2m

Nadler Hotels – Assisted with the acquisition of a Walter House, WC2 a 19,000 sq ft vacant office and multi-let retail building for a new hotel, with co-terminous sub-sale of the retail to Capital & Counties.

UOL – Assisted with acquisition of Holborn Island, EC1, a 2.6 acre mixed use, multi-let freehold investment for c£230m.
