I’m a Partner in our West End office. I have an industrial /warehouse agency remit and deal with a wide range of industrial/warehouse property and sites with an extensive range of occupier and developer clients.

I cover the leasing sales and development of major warehouse facilities and multi-let schemes, along with acquisition work on behalf of developers, funds, property companies and occupiers.

In addition, I’m involved in the acquisition of development sites for the same user groups across London and the South East.

Working alongside our Capital Markets team, I provide market facing information to cover occupational agency and asset management /enhancement advice to add to their investment scenarios and pricing.

I work with Prologis, Royal London, Aberdeen Standard, BMO, Goya Developments, Yodel, The National Theatre, Carlsberg, Christs Hospital and Travis Perkins.



  • Goya Developments – I have acquired development sites in Woking and Orpington for Goya Developments for multi-let industrial warehouse schemes with GDVs of £18m and £12m approx respectively; this led to subsequent investment disposal advice and downstream leasing advice to the new owners, namely Royal London and Aberdeen Standard.
  • Yodel. – I advised on the freehold acquisition of a 43,400 sq. ft Regional Distribution Centre in Farnborough and a 67,200 sq ft RDC in SE London on a leasehold basis.
  • BMO – I provided leasing advice to BMO on two HQ/warehouse units in Theale and Bracknell, providing 90,700 sq. ft and 34,800 sq. ft respectively, with successful lettings to Amazon and Panther Logistics.
