Leasing advice to BMO on two HQ/warehouse units in Theale and Bracknell, providing 90,700 sq ft and 34,800 sq ft respectively.

Acquisition of a 27,000 sq ft warehouse/workshop  for the National Theatre in SE London.

Disposal advice to EC Group on their 72,300 sq ft facility at Hayes.

Acquisition advice to Crisis for Christmas – 54,700 sq ft in SE London.

Acquisition of a 40,000 sq ft warehouse on a site of 5.3 acres at Silvertown, London E16 for open storage use for Laing O’Rourke, and an additional project led acquisition in Colnbrook, Slough of
22,000 sq ft.

Disposal advice to AB InBev on their surplus warehouses in Dunstable, Strood and Fareham, totalling 195,000 sq ft.

Advising Whitbread on the disposal of their 99,000 sq ft coldstore in Reading, Berkshire.

Design and acquisition advice on two pre let buildings for Warm Up in Park Royal, NW London.

Strategic advice to Carlsberg UK for a new national rationalisation program across the UK.

Letting advice to Aberdeen Standard on multi-let schemes at Orpington and London W3.

Disposal advice to a client on a 5.2 acre industrial / warehousing redevelopment site at Brooklands, Weybridge.
