I am an Associate in the specialist Lease Exit Team based in London and Cardiff. I have over 10 years’ experience of working in corporate property and asset management roles on both a client-side and consultancy basis in private and public sector roles.

Currently, I advise on all aspects of the lease end strategy and negotiation including landlord and tenant matters such as portfolio rationalisation, dilapidations, break clauses, surrenders, Section 18 valuations, and lease liability provisioning and work across all types of commercial property in locations across the UK.

I am an RICS Registered Valuer and am experienced in preparing and giving expert witness evidence.  I have supported clients in mediation and have provided expert witness advice on numerous Section 18 dilapidations disputes advice to both landlords and tenants across most asset classes and across England and Wales.

My key clients include Arriva, Birmingham City Council, Costa, DHL Supply Chain, G4S, Hanson Aggregates,  Inspired Gaming, IRRV, Mapeley, NHS Property Services, Ofcom, OQEMA, Peugeot, Rainham Steel and the University of Lincoln.

 

MY RECENT PROJECTS

  • Ofcom – I have provided advice to Ofcom on a number of estate Management matters.
  • Costa – I have advised Costa on their lease exit and dilapidations matters.
  • NHS Property Services –I have provided dilapidations and break advice on properties located in the east, south east and London regions.
