I advise clients on driving value from property assets via tight operational management, acquisition and development, as well as through the leadership of high-performing teams.

I bring significant experience of working in complex, and often regulated, transport and operational environments and being an effective driver of change and commercial growth within both large matrixed organisations as well as smaller businesses.

While Director and Head of Property at Heathrow Airport, I was responsible for asset management across the 1,250 hectare estate, two million sq ft of space and more than 250 residential properties, with a total asset value of circa £2.5 billion. I have also held senior positions at Gatwick Airport and BAA.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• Developed a 30-year commercial property development strategy aligned to the Heathrow Expansion Masterplan.
• Led the development and delivery of four new terminal-connected hotels, totalling 1,000 bedrooms, at Heathrow, as well as 10 independent passenger lounges.
• Led the Heathrow property team in major infrastructure projects including the development of the new Terminal 2, and relocation of 70 tenants.
