Neil is a Partner in our Planning and Development team based in the West End. He has significant experience advising a wide range of private and public sector clients throughout all stages of the planning process.  His comprehensive understanding of the planning system enables him to provide strategic advice that maximises development opportunity and value.

Neil has expertise in relation to large scale and complex residential, commercial and mixed use developments in central London and the South East. He advises on a wide range of projects, including central London estates, high density developments, strategic land promotion, and schemes with sensitive heritage context. His role also involves affordable housing strategy and understanding of viability.
