I have 27 years’ experience across Central London advising both landlords and occupiers on their property strategies, with a proven track record of identifying ‘off market’ opportunities that place clients at a competitive advantage.

Having joined Gerald Eve in 2018, I head up our West End occupier team. My experience delivers up structured and achievable property strategies for CEOs, CFOs, MDs and other key decision makers.

Working with clients to identify their operational, human resources and financial requirements has enabled selection of the most effective workspaces for their business needs. This involves creating exit strategies for existing properties, negotiating lease terms for new offices and defining relocation timescales.

Recent and current occupier briefs; Ocado, Charterhouse Capital, Swarovski, August Equity, Dunedin LLP, Centamin, Mid Europa Partners, Dunedin, Forrester Research, University College London, Fiat Chrysler.

Other significant occupier clients; Apax Partners, Manpower Group, Rightmove, Institute of Directors, Prezzo, Hassell Studio, Ferrexpo, General Optical Council, Lubbock Fine, Byron Burger, MiddleCap, Cummins Engineering, Smurfit Kappa.



  • Charterhouse Capital Partners – search of the City and West End office markets to identify new 30,000 sq ft offices for this leading private equity company. Securing the top floor offices at Belgrave House, Buckingham Palace Road, Victoria and subsequently subletting 8,000 sq ft at a higher rent during the pandemic.
  • Forrester – relocating this US research company from Strand into new 18,000 sq ft HQ offices at 61 Aldwych.
  • Mid Europa Partners – letting 4,500 sq ft in St James’s during the pandemic for this private equity firm and subsequent relocation.
  • Kadans Science Partner – providing strategic marketing and letting advice for this newly purchased life sciences scheme in Kings Cross that will provide 114,000 sq ft of laboratory space.
