I have 30 years rating experience having previously been in charge of the Specialist Licensed and Leisure team at the Government’s Valuation Office Agency. My team set the Rateable Values of the majority of Licensed and Leisure properties throughout London and the South East.  I was one of the few members of the Licensed and Leisure Panel that coordinated the rates valuation of all the Licensed and Leisure classes throughout the country.

I act on behalf of most of the country’s leading hotel operators such as 45 Park Lane, Café Royal, Celtic Manor, Chewton Glen, Cliveden, Corinthia, Dorchester, Grosvenor House, Lanesborough, London Edition, One Aldwych, Peninsula, Royal Garden, Royal Horseguards, Sanderson, St Martins Lane and The Ned. I also advise national UK operators such as Clermont, Crowne Plaza / Holiday Inn, Dalata, Delta, Four Seasons, Hilton, IHG, Malmaison Du Vin, Marriott, Park Plaza, Edwardian, De Vere / Principal Hayley, Whitbread.  I am also the retained adviser to UKHospitality Association.
