Ross is an Associate in our Capital Markets team specialising in regional investment sales & acquisitions. Ross started his career at Deloitte Real Estate in 2014 after graduating from Sheffield Hallam University and moved across to Gerald Eve in 2016.  Ross has expertise in the underwriting of real estate transactions across all sectors and has advised a broad range of clients including private equity, institutions, property companies and overseas investors in the UK.

Specific experience

1-4 Queens Road, Nottingham – disposal of a 33,089 sq ft multi let industrial estate on behalf of Thames Water Pension Schemes Property Investment Fund (CBREGI) to McAleer & Rushe for £4.45m.

Fothergill House, 14-26 King Street, Nottingham – acquisition of a £10.00m multi let mixed use office and leisure investment on behalf of Nottingham City Council, comprising of 41,846 sq ft of accommodation.

Pinnacle Point, Stafford Road, Wolverhampton – acquisition of a £11.775m multi let industrial estate on behalf of Ribston UK Industrial Property Limited Partnership (RPUT), comprising of 156,019 sq ft of industrial accommodation.

Old Ryde House, 393 Richmond Road, Twickenham – disposal of a 3,446 sq ft single let office building on behalf of Harmsworth Pooled Property Pension Unit Trust to Retail Banking Research Ltd for £1.90m.

Lombard House, 145 Great Charles Street, Birmingham – acquisition advice on the £17.70m multi let office on behalf of Harmsworth Pooled Property Pension Unit Trust, comprising 62,642 sq ft of office accommodation and was secured off market.

11 & 11A Aviation Park West, Bournemouth International Airport, Christchurch – disposal on behalf of Christ’s Hospital to Lewis Property Services (UK) Ltd for £5.10m. The property comprised two headquarter buildings comprising of 43,495 sq ft across an office and an industrial unit.

Imperial Place, Maxwell Road, Borehamwood – disposal on behalf of Cromwell Property Group for £62.50m to First Property Group. The property comprised 220,541 sq ft of multi let office accommodation arranged over four buildings.

Ascot House, Maidenhead Office Park, Maidenhead – sale of a £11.80m single let out of town office on behalf of Sq M Properties to Anglesea Capital.
