The site comprises two plots of surfaced land and a warehouse building.
The smaller of the two plots is rectangular in shape, extending to 0.56 acres (0.22 hectares) leading off Broadmoor Road and is currently used for parking and ancillary storage.
The main operational plot is triangular in shape, extending to 1.66 acres (0.67 hectares) and is accessed via the smaller adjoining plot. There is an additional access point from the estate road , although this is disused and overgrown.
Within the main operational plot is a warehouse building of steel frame construction with asbestos roof and cladding elevations over blockwork lower walls.
Location
The property is situated in Cinderford, one of the main towns within the Forest of Dean, approximately 16 miles (25 km) south-west of Gloucester and is accessed from the A4151 which connects to the A48 Gloucester to Chepstow road. Junction 11A of the M5 motorway lies approximately 20 miles (32 km) to the east, whilst the M4 at Newport lies 31 miles (50 km) to the south and can be reached via the A449. The property lies just north of Cinderford town centre, off Broadmor Road on the established Forest Vale Industrial Estate. Nearby occupiers include Travis Perkins, DF Coleman, Owen Fuels and City Electrical Factors.
