Property consultancy, Gerald Eve, has advised Patron Capital on their acquisition of Wishford Schools; Patron’s first investment into the education sector.
Wishford Schools comprises a group of nine well-performing independent day and boarding prep schools in Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Berkshire and Kent, educating thousands of pupils in good quality school facilities.
The instruction was led by Morgan Allen, from Gerald Eve’s Education Team, who was instructed to provide transaction and property due diligence support, including market and valuation advice in support of the acquisition.
