Gerald Eve Scoops ‘National Adviser Of The Year’ At Eg Awards

The award, which recognises achievements in the 12 months up to April 2017, followed a transformative year for Gerald Eve, during which the acquisition of five transactional teams and further growth of existing disciplines saw the firm reach new heights.

The independent panel of judges, comprising some of the most prominent figures in the UK property industry, elevated Gerald Eve to ‘National Adviser of the Year’ above a shortlist of major contenders. Commenting on Gerald Eve’s win, the judges said: “It’s great to see them doing something entrepreneurial. They’re a decent and proper team.”

Senior partner Simon Prichard collected the award from comedian Katherine Ryan at a gala ceremony at Grosvenor House Hotel on Tuesday 19th September. The awards, hosted by Estates Gazette, are among the industry’s most prestigious accolades.

The latest title caps a successful year in terms of awards for Gerald Eve, during which it has also been named Industrial Adviser of the Year, Investment Agency Team of the Year and Professional Team of the Year at various ceremonies.
