Gerald Eve has had two deals it advised on shortlisted for ‘Best Investment Transaction’ at the forthcoming IAS Awards 2019.
The firm has been recognised for its work on the sale of the UPS site in Kentish Town, and also for IOAM’s disposal of the Lighthouse and Beacon multi-let industrial portfolios.
The shortlistings follow a strong year for Gerald Eve’s industrial and capital markets teams, and come just before the launch of its sector-leading Multi Let report.
Organised by the Industrial Agents Society, winners will be announced at a gala ceremony at the London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square on September 26th.
