Firm crowned in “Best Healthcare & Wellbeing Benefits – Large Employer” category
Gerald Eve has won the “Best Healthcare & Wellbeing Benefits – Large Employer” category at the Employee Benefits Awards 2020.
Judges were impressed not only by the range of benefits offered by Gerald Eve, but by the central position people and their wellbeing hold in the firm’s approach.
The award follows a 2019 review – recognising that health is a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing – that saw the firm’s health and wellbeing benefits refreshed to encompass employees’ “whole self”.
Helen Foley, HR Director at Gerald Eve, said: “We have always sought to place people’s wellbeing at the heart of our business, and as such it’s exciting to have these efforts recognised by the Employee Benefits Awards. Good health isn’t simply about an absence of disease or infirmity – it is something that is pieced together across all parts of an individual’s life, and the suite of benefits we offer has been collated with this firmly at front of mind.”
Hosted by trade journal Employee Benefits, the Employee Benefits Awards are now in their 18th year and celebrate the most innovative benefits strategies, inspiring teams and outstanding individuals in the industry.
