Gerald Eve has advised The Bedford Estates on the sale of a long lease on a Grade II listed Bloomsbury townhouse hotel to SAV Group.
The property is situated just off Russell Square in the heart of London and is set to be sympathetically refurbished to create an exciting lifestyle hotel.
The Bedford Estates is the largest property owner in Bloomsbury managing a varied portfolio that includes office, retail, residential and hotel properties as well as five garden squares. The sale to SAV Group is another step in their plans to achieve its ambitions for the Estate and the wider Bloomsbury area.
