Firm enhances international presence with addition of major US strategic alliance

Gerald Eve has strengthened its international reach with the launch of a strategic alliance with US real estate consultancy, Lee & Associates.

Lee & Associates is the largest broker-owned, independent commercial real estate consultancy in the US, with 54 offices throughout the country. Headquartered in Los Angeles with regional hubs in New York and Chicago, the firm has over 800 brokers providing specialist commercial real estate services on a local, regional and national level.

This alliance creates a platform from which clients gain access to best in class services throughout Europe and North America. Both firms will continue acting independently but, through the strategic alliance, will collaborate and share resources on select existing clients in addition to pursuing future international business opportunities.

Simon Prichard, senior partner at Gerald Eve, comments: “With the volume of transatlantic market activity, it is imperative to offer existing clients access to top flight services and advice. In Lee & Associates we have found a trusted ally that is truly best in class across a range of complementary services. This is an exciting alliance that will initially be led by corporate occupiers, but is likely to eventually apply in equal measure to capital markets.”

Jeff Rinkov, CEO and chairman of Lee & Associates, adds: “Since this is Lee & Associates first endeavor outside the United States, when the opportunity arose for a collaboration with such an outstanding company as Gerald Eve, we were ecstatic that we had the opportunity to create this important affiliation. Their track record and reputation earned in the UK and European business community is stellar. We believe this alliance will not only enable our firm to provide an important service that will benefit our clients with operations in Europe, but will enhance Gerald Eve’s outreach in the US”.
