Charlotte is a Surveyor in our Capital Markets team specialising in regional investment sales & acquisitions. Charlotte started her career at Cushman & Wakefield in 2014 after completing her Masters Degree at Liverpool John Moores University and moved across to Gerald Eve in 2017.  Charlotte provides acquisition and disposal advice, financial modelling and analysis to a variety of institutions, property companies and overseas investors.  Charlotte is a Surveyor in our Capital Markets team specialising in regional investment sales & acquisitions. Specific experience 

  • Charlotte has helped provide transaction advice and financial analysis across asset classes, with particular focus on the North West region.
  • Equitable Building, Manchester (Disposal) – A mixed use office/retail redevelopment sold on behalf of Draco Property to Henry Boot Developments for £13.1m, comprising 28,516 sq ft of accommodation to be redeveloped into residential use.
  • Southside Industrial Estate, Stockport (Acquisition) – A multi-let industrial estate acquired on behalf of Canada Life for £4.41million from CBRE GI.
  • Virgin Media House, Manchester (Disposal) – A three storey single let office building let to Virgin Media on one of Manchester’s prime business parks. Sold on behalf of Legal & General for
  • £19.7m to Global Mutual Properties.
  • Units 16 & 17 Compass Point, Southampton (Disposal) – A single let industrial unit with 5 years unexpired sold on behalf of Sheffield & Regional Properties for £1.44m.
  • Olympic Court, Salford (Disposal) – A multi-let industrial estate comprising 108,639 sq ft across 5 units, sold on behalf of Square Metre to Isle of Wight Council for £10.875m, which reflected 4.59% NIY.
