Tim is a Partner in the firm’s Alternative Markets team based in Cardiff and has over 25 years’ experience in the brewing and public house sectors providing valuation, lease consultancy, rating and asset management advice to a variety of clients.
Tim has also successfully given expert evidence before Valuation Tribunals, The Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) and to Public Local Inquiries.
Tim represented the British Beer and Pub Association, negotiating a valuation framework for public houses in England and Wales with the Valuation Office Agency for the forthcoming 2017 Rating Revaluation and also contributes to licensed trade publications.
