My background in working across multiple sectors has given me a wealth of development consultancy, agency and public procurement experience. I’m well-versed in leading multi-disciplinary teams and have a reputation for offering excellent advice to public sector clients on wide-ranging development issues.

I’ve advised clients from the home and international transport sector market – from Transport for London to Transport for New South Wales – provided strategy and disposal advice to NHS Trusts, and acted as estate adviser to a number of educational institutions including University of the Arts London.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• Euston Station Regeneration – I was lead consultant development director to HS2 Ltd, providing property consultancy, viability, and assurance services which contributed to the successful outline business case for c.£400m investment. The project culminated in the procurement of Lendlease as development partner for over 6 million sq ft of mixed-use development at the proposed new HS2 and existing station at Euston, London.
• Landmark Court, Southwark – I advised TfL on the development potential and optimal disposal strategy for Landmark Court, a 1.8 acres former Thameslink work site in Southwark. I worked with a multi-disciplinary consultant team to prepare a concept design for a 260,000 sq ft office, residential and retail scheme, and advised TfL on the marketing, evaluation and appointment of a joint venture development partner.
• Thamesmead Waterfront – I provided independent assurance advice the project Board on the commercial transaction structure and procurement strategy for the procurement of a development partner to enter into a joint venture agreement with Peabody to deliver infrastructure, planning consent and delivery of c.10,000 homes at Thamesmead Waterfront, South East London.
