I’m a Partner in our Planning and Development department based in the West End. I specialise in advising on land assembly for town centre regeneration and infrastructure projects, in particular the use of compulsory purchase.
I act on behalf of acquiring authorities in acquiring land either in advance of powers or following the service of statutory notices. I also act for claimants in negotiations and the submission of claims.
I was previously at Deloitte where I acted for High Speed Two (HS2), local authorities and regeneration bodies. Traditionally from a valuation background, having spent the first decade of my career in the Midlands market, I have valued a variety of UK (and Channel Islands) based assets across the commercial property sector for a range of purposes.
My clients include: Chrisp Street Developments Limited / Poplar HARCA , London Borough of Brent, London Borough of Lambeth and Cornerstone Telecommunications Infrastructure Limited.
I act for claimants on acquisitions by High Speed Two (HS2), Highways England, Thames Tideway Tunnel, Crossrail and acquiring authorities who make compulsory purchase orders for town centre regeneration schemes.
