I am an Associate in our Residential Development Valuations team based in the West End. I specialise in providing valuations and strategic advice on development sites and residential properties.
I work with banks, development lenders, developers, housing associations and government department land-owners, including; Octopus, HSBC, Secure Trust Bank, Notting Hill Housing, Galliford Try, Kent County Council, Stevenage Council, the NHS, Oaknorth, Urban Exposure, ZM Land & Capital, Women’s Pioneer Housing.
MY RECENT PROJECTS
- Gallions Quarter, Royal Albert Wharf, Newham – Providing Red Book valuation advice for this joint venture between Notting Hill Genesis and Galliford Try. The completed regeneration will provide over 800 new residential units and 30,000 sq ft of mixed commercial and community uses.
- The Wheat Quarter, Welwyn Garden City – On-going involvement providing Red Book valuations and advice on a large-scale residential-led regeneration site of 1,400 private and affordable residential, PRS and retirement units, over 100,000 sq ft of mixed commercial and community uses on the former Shredded Wheat factory site in the centre of Welwyn Garden City. This twelve-phased consented development has a GDV of over £500 million. Our valuations (for the developers, lenders, investors and RP purchaser) comprise multi-phase residual appraisals of the development site testing numerous scenarios.
- Valuation of Greystar’s 19-acre former Glaxo Smith Kline development site in Greenford, which has planning permission for 1,965 new residential units (comprising Build To Rent, private sale and affordable) plus commercial, retail and school site.
