I am a Senior Associate in our Capital Markets team with a principal focus on industrial & logistics investment. I started my career at Gerald Eve in 2017 and received my RICS accreditation in 2019. We advise a broad range of clients including pension funds, private equity, developers & high net worth individuals.
I specialise in the industrial & logistics sector, which has grown exponentially during my time in the industry. I have a breadth of knowledge of the sector having provided occupational & investment advice whilst at Gerald Eve and as an Asset Manager at a value-add property company. My expertise revolves around extracting the maximum value from industrial property. This includes; sourcing new opportunities, implementing asset management initiatives and providing advice around the repositioning of assets, through to the disposal.
My current focus lies in providing insightful and specialist investment advice to clients. I am able to draw upon my historic experiences to provides insights into the nuances of commercial property including asset repurposing, landlord & tenant matters and dilapidations claims.
MY RECENT PROJECTS
- Recent disposals that I have been involved in include a multi-let industrial estate in Chessington on behalf of CBRE IM, a single-let industrial unit in Croydon on behalf of Petchey Holdings and the Libra Portfolio on behalf of DTZIM. I have also advised Abrdn, L&G, Kennedy Wilson and Mirastar on recent acquisitions within the industrial sector.
