I am a Senior Planning Consultant in the Planning and Development team at Gerald Eve. I am predominantly responsible for providing planning advice on mixed-use, commercial, residential, student and life science developments within London and the South-East.

I am a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and have over 4 years’ experience providing planning advice to leading UK and international owners, developers, investors and occupiers across Central London and the South-East. I am also a Chartered Surveyor, allowing me to provide holistic planning and development advice. The integrated planning and development advice that I provide enables clients to make informed decisions based on both aspects of the development process. I have recent experience in a diverse range of sectors across several London boroughs such as the City of Westminster, the City of London, Southwark, Camden, OPDC and Lambeth.



  • 206-216 Marylebone Road, Westminster – redevelopment of the existing building to deliver new office and retail floorspace, behind the retained façade of the existing building.
  • 4 Portal Way, OPDC – a major residential-led redevelopment in two towers of 58 and 44 storeys on a podium, alongside the re-provision of the existing hotel and new commercial uses, in addition to public realm and playspace improvements.
  • Red Lion Court, Southwark – securing planning permission for a new eleven-storey building providing office, retail and wellness uses, alongside the creation of a pocket park and new pedestrian routes in a location that fronts onto the River Thames.
  • Belgrove House, Camden – a new life sciences hub in the heart of Kings Cross, which is to be the new headquarters of MSD. The planning permission was sensitively designed to protect nearby heritage assets whilst providing high-quality life sciences floorspace.
  • Wembley High Road, Brent – working with Regal London to provide financial viability advice and an assessment for two major student schemes on Wembley High Road, to secure a payment in lieu of affordable housing, opposed to affordable student provision.
