Senior Associate


I’m a Senior Associate in our Planning and Development team based in the West End. My 14 years' of property experience includes a range of client side and consultancy development work. I specialise in providing development advice relating to appraisal / scheme viability, valuation, acquisition and disposal, and strategic planning for a variety of property types across London and the UK.

While at Gerald Eve my experience has been focused on development land and property valuation; providing financial viability in planning advice on commercial and residential developments; advising on development land and property transactions; and providing strategic development advice to landowners and developers. Previously I also worked at Development Securities Plc (now U+I Plc) where my role involved the development management of office and mixed-use development projects.

I have acted for a variety of private and public sector clients including Grosvenor, Bedford Estates, Morden College, St John’s College Cambridge, King’s College London, LaSalle Investment Management, Steamrock Asset Management, Jaguar Land Rover, Homes England, Croydon Council, King’s Lynn and West Norfolk Council.



  • Development Viability – I’ve advised on development and financial viability in planning on a range of commercial and residential developments. Examples include a 2,000-unit residential led, mixed-use regeneration scheme in Croydon for Croydon Council; a 160,000 sq ft retail enabling development as part of a 43 acre commercial scheme in East Anglia for Aquila; and a 600 unit high rise residential development on the Greenwich Peninsula, in central London for Quintain Estates and Development.
  • Valuation – I’ve carried out Red Book, portfolio valuation, and valuation expert work relating to development land and property for public and private sector clients. Examples include advising Kings College London on their whole central London property portfolio; a London based charitable trust on their south-east property portfolio; and U + I and Grainger on a 10-acre mixed-use development site in central Birmingham.
  • Development Consultancy – I have given strategic development and planning advice to landowners and developers, including Jaguar Land Rover on a number of their sites in the Midlands; a charitable trust on their large riverfront redevelopment land holdings in Greenwich; and St John’s College Cambridge on their property holdings in Cambridgeshire.
