I am a Partner in the Capital Markets team based in our London (West End) office. I have over 25 years’ experience in the UK investment market and am largely focussed in the office and science/research sectors in the key regional centres. I advise a wide spectrum of clients on prime, core and value add opportunities.

My experience spans largely office and science/research sectors in the acquisition, disposal and development funding of investment opportunities. These include both high profile city centre and out of town business park properties in Greater London, South East and the major Big 6 regional centres including Bristol, Birmingham and Manchester. I have also spent a significant amount of time advising clients in the Oxford and Cambridge markets.

Advised Invesco on the sale of 1 New York St, Manchester (£55m) to RLAM

Acquired Admiral HQ, Cardiff (£86m) for LaSalle

Sold Brockton/Landid Office Portfolio (£300m) to Spelthorne BC

Sold Arqiva Operations HQ, Chalfont (£24m) for Nuveen

  • Science/Research

Advised TUS Park on the £180m funding of 370,000 sq ft office/R&D development at Cambridge Science Park.

Advised MEPC on a 50% (£250m) sale of Milton Park, Oxford to CPPIB and the sale of Granta Park, Cambridge to Biomed Realty (£127m)

Advised Patrizia on the £61.5m sale of Abingdon Business Park to RLAM.

Responsible for approx. £200m of industrial and office investment with Runnymede BC in Staines, Egham, Chertsey, Milton Keynes and Chiswick.

Advisory work on existing property portfolios for Oxford City and Oxford County Councils.

Advised Chesterfield on the acquisition of Cityview, Brighton (£16m) and the sale of South West Water HQ, Exeter (£43m).
