Ben Eyres

I joined the Corporate Real Estate team in 2022 having previously gained wide ranging experience through mixed Agency and Lease Advisory roles.  

Within the CRE team, I seek to gain an in depth understanding of a client’s business needs and then develop a property strategy to best meet the client’s requirement. As well as being involved in specific property matters, I also provide analysis of client’s whole property portfolios and help develop longer term strategic planning.  

As part of my role I liaise with variety of other service lines within Gerald Eve to provide client’s with specialist expert advice across a wide range of property disciplines. 

My key clients include: Gallagher, HGF
